Some of my favorite recipes...

 

One of the best ways to get the most use out of your oils is to use them in recipes!  The following recipes are my personal favorites.  If you haven't had experience making recipes using essential oils, I strongly suggest you look for a "Make and Take" class near you.  They're pretty good at showing you how to keep it easy and less messy.  And, making stuff with others is always more fun than by yourself.  Especially if it's in someone else's house (no mess for you!).

We use this roller blend every morning for a very special little girl who isn't a huge fan of mornings, and her mother even uses it from time to time! It really helps with getting us out of that overwhelmed and frustrated feeling that sometimes bogs us down so that we can't get anything done. We label ours "Happy" and we apply to our forearms as soon as we start to feel a little cranky.

Ingredients

  • 7 drops joy

  • 5 drops stress away

  • 3 drops lemon

  • 2 tsp grapeseed oil

Directions

  1. Add essential oils to a glass roller bottle (like these ones).

  2. Fill remainder of roller bottle with grapeseed oil (or carrier of your choice)
